Overview
In August 2025, Cococina made its public debut at the Taiwan Food Exhibition—and Subkarma was there every step of the way. From concept to execution, we partnered with Cococina to design an immersive booth and develop a high-impact exhibition strategy that brought their vibrant seafood brand to life.
Challenge
As a first-time exhibitor, Cococina needed more than just a beautiful space—they needed a standout presence that could introduce their brand, drive engagement, and leave a lasting impression on visitors. Our goal was to translate their youthful, energetic identity into a fully immersive booth experience that aligned with their brand values of freshness, quality, and fun.
Our Approach
1) Booth Design: We created a bold, colorful environment using
Cococina’s brandpalette, stylized illustrations, and product
storytelling. Every element—from signage to floor layout—was
designed to stop traffic and invite interaction.
2) Experience Strategy: We incorporated interactive zones, tasting
moments, and giveaway opportunities to create a memorable visitor
experience.
3) Collaboration: We worked closely with PlusDesign on booth
construction and activation logistics, ensuring that the final
output matched the creative vision with top-notch execution.
4) Marketing Activation: We crafted social-ready moments and on-site
brand messaging to enhance engagement and visibility throughout
the four-day event.
Results
Cococina’s debut was a resounding success, attracting enthusiastic crowds and building strong brand recall among visitors and potential partners. The booth became a hotspot at the exhibition, celebrated for its vibrant design and dynamic energy.
